- BC Driver’s License (With Current Picture)
- Provincial Identity Card
- Refugee Document or Birth Certificate (Under Age 16)
- Wear glasses or contacts for eye exam
- Bring medications
- Please bring translator if required (Relative or Friend)
- If your name has changed recently, please provide marriage certificate, adoption certificate or name change form
- Immigration Medical Exam (IME) – $200
- 70 years old & above – $250
- Furtherance – $100
- Cost of chest X-ray & labs are not included
- Wear glasses or contacts for eye exam
