- BC Driver’s License (With Current Picture)
- Provincial Identity Card
- Refugee Document or Birth Certificate (Under Age 16)
- Wear glasses or contacts for eye exam
- Bring medications
- Please bring translator if required (Relative or Friend)
- If your name has changed, please provide marriage certificate, adoption certificate or name change form
